Delivery & Shipping Policy
Important Shipping Information:
- Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders will arrive within 3-14 days depending on your location.
Dispatch Timeframe:
- Orders placed before 12 PM AEST (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched the next business day.
- During high volume periods, such as holidays or sales, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.
Delivery Details:
- Most orders will not require a signature on delivery.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
- If you haven’t received your tracking information, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
Custom Duties & Taxes for International Orders:
- Customers may be charged customs duties and taxes for importing products into their country. These fees are not collected or handled by Blitzdoll.
- If duties or taxes are not paid or the parcel is unclaimed, DHL will attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be disposed of, and no compensation will be provided.
Pre-Orders:
- If you purchase a pre-order item with in-stock items, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Return to Sender:
- Orders returned to us due to undeliverable addresses will be credited with a store credit (excluding shipping costs).
- To find out why your order was returned, please contact the shipping company directly using your tracking number.
Delays & Lost Packages:
- Blitzdoll is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered by tracking.
- Customs processing delays may occur, which are beyond our control.
